Very bad with no customer experience whatsoever pizza arrived 2 hours late rang the shop priyer to find out where order was to be told it will be there in a minute still no pizza so called to cancel as paid by card they would not fefund me and told me to get in touch with just feed me and hung phone up on me this is not a five star at all. Now having to wait for a five day refund abaloutley shocking and will never be ordering from here again in the future.just think before ordering and paying by card.

Ordered online at 17.30, delivery estimated for 18.30, actual delivery 19.30. Fish and chips barely luke warm, extremely greasy (chips a congealed mass), batter on fish and pineapple ring soggy. Haven’t used Fast Fry for some time as quality had gone down but thought I would give it another go in hope of improvement. That’s £17 wasted from my pension. Won’t be returning. DJL
